The games
Are the games certified?
Not yet. The documentation for a test laboratory is ready and shared on request, under NDA; the laboratory and the scope are agreed with the distribution partner. See Compliance.
Is a demo round the same game as a real-money round?
Yes. The same generator, at the same version, runs in demo and real-money rooms. Only the wallet changes.
Can a strategy or a bot beat the game?
Not its expected return. Every exit strategy has the same expected return, including strategies that react to the round's events, and a simulation gate tests exactly that. Security and certification are separate checks. See Math and RTP.
How can God Candle's price go below 1.00x without breaking fairness?
The price really falls, but at every step its expected value is pinned: rare sharp rebounds balance the more frequent drops. That creates a cut-loss decision without touching the expected return.
How long is a round?
Short: in all four games the median round is under half a minute. Each game's median and maximum are on The games.
Which languages?
English and Spanish.
Math and limits
Which RTP do you offer?
97% by default, configurable per room. An installation can be restricted to the RTP values that were certified.
What is the maximum win?
Each game has a maximum multiplier, published in the catalog. On top of it, an operator can set a maximum win per position and a maximum exposure per round, per room — per table in a room played on several tables.
Does rounding change the RTP?
Payouts are floored to the currency's smallest unit, so the cost depends on the stake: it is visible on the smallest stakes, and it disappears on larger ones. The measurements are on Math and RTP.
Integration
How do the games reach our players?
Through the usual remote game server model: a signed launch call from your backend, the game in
an iframe in your lobby, and a seamless wallet, where we call your /bet, /win, /rollback
and /balance, and sign every call. See the integration guide.
We have our own protocol. Can you work with it?
Yes. The wallet calls sit behind an adapter, and the game engine does not know which wallet it is talking to. Integrating an aggregator's protocol means writing one adapter against its specification and sandbox, without touching the games.
Are rooms shared between operators?
No. Each operator has its own rooms, bound to its wallet and its configuration. By default, players of different operators never share a room.
How many players fit in a room?
Up to 1,200 with the default sizes: a room can be played on up to 20 tables of 60 players, and the server opens tables as players arrive — at most one a minute, so a crowd arriving at once is seated in steps — and moves players between them between two rounds, never with a position open. Each table keeps its own hash chain, and every table of a room is listed with its published commitment. Tables are switched on room by room, with the operator's written agreement, because two things change on its side: the ids of rounds and bets carry the table, and the exposure cap holds per table. See Rooms and tables in the integration guide.
Which currencies?
One per operator: currencies with two decimals, and currencies without decimals such as JPY or KRW. Currencies with three decimals, and crypto denominations, are not accepted today.
What happens when a player disconnects?
The game reconnects and receives a full snapshot of the round, and automatic exits keep working in the meantime. If our server stops during a round, open positions are refunded.
What if a call to our wallet fails?
A stake that gets no clear answer is rolled back at once. A win that fails is stored durably and retried with backoff for about a day, then flagged for manual settlement. Every call is idempotent on its bet id, so a retry is never paid twice.
How is latency handled?
A cash-out is priced at the step in which the server received it, and automatic exits run on the server, at every tick. A slow connection costs time to react, never a worse price than the one in force when the command arrived.
Is there a sandbox?
Yes, on request: a staging environment with its own base URL, on which the certification checklist of the integration guide is run before going live.
Are there free bets, tournaments or jackpots?
Free bets exist today in demo rooms. The promotion API for operators comes next, and a per-player opt-out that every promotion will obey is already there. Tournaments and jackpots are not available to operators.
Operations
Where do the games run?
On our own servers. The databases are in the EU (Neon, EU region). The game servers run on Railway, with the region set per service in the Railway dashboard.
Is there an SLA?
Not today. Production capacity and service levels are set up with each partner at onboarding.
How can we see what is running?
GET /health on each environment returns the running version, the environment and the state of
the database. Your own rounds, bets and settlements are in the
signed reads of the integration guide.
An operator back office comes next: your rooms and tables live, reports and round checks in the browser, and the settings that are yours — table sizes, limits, pausing a room — changed in play, under your own users. It is not available today; until then we change those settings for you.
Can a game be stopped quickly?
Yes. We can pause a single room, which refunds its open positions at once, or suspend an operator in every room with one switch. See Compliance.
